IPI by Bison welcomed Aryssa Borrenpohl, Project Designer, to the team in March 2020. She’s a native of Beatrice, Nebraska, and recently graduated from Southeast Community College with an applied associate’s degree in manufacturing engineering. She comes from a family where sports is a big deal and enjoys working for IPI because it incorporates her love for sports with her job. As a project designer, Borrenpohl creates drawings for gymnasiums and works out how requested equipment will be installed into the buildings based on specs provided.
As IPI by Bison continues to grow, we continue to add staff to meet the demands of our dealers and their clients. Jose Ramirez, Drafter, joined the team on September 1. A native of Grand Island, Nebraska, Ramirez attended Southeast Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, where he studied drafting and design. He received an associates degree in drafting and design technology. Ramirez stumbled across the open drafter position at IPI through an online job ad and the rest is history. He currently creates 3D models of IPI sports equipment as well as drawings for dealers and installers so they can assemble the systems they order. He has adjusted to the position and says the staff helped with that. “Everyone here at IPI by Bison is really nice and friendly,” Ramirez said. “They made the transition as smooth as possible.” Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars. A 2004 single cab Silverado is one of the project vehicles he’s had a lot of fun working on.
